Music and Worship

Music and Worship

Singers and musicians participate in a variety of musical groups designed for the spiritual and musical benefits of participants and the congregation. The music program includes Adult Worship Choir, ARK Children’s Choir & Drama Ministry (grades 1-8)  and Worship Teams (singers and band). Several special productions are presented each year. For more information about this ministry, including how to become a participant, please contact Shawn Clarke, Pastor of Music and Worship. Learn more about our Philosophy of Music and Worship here.

Adult Worship Choir

The Adult Worship Choir is open to adults and high school students, and rehearses Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. The choir sings regularly in Sunday morning services, and presents special musical performances twice a year.

ARK Children’s Choir & Drama Ministry

The ARK Children’s Choir & Drama Ministry is for grades 1-8. It meets during the regular school year in the Sanctuary, Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. The main purpose of the ARK Ministry is to teach boys and girls basic concepts of God, church, Bible, salvation, and worship through music and drama.

Worship Teams

The Worship Team is made up of singers and band players. Leading worship in the Sunday services is the Worship Team’s main responsibility. Participation is dependent upon successful completion of a simple audition and interview.
